Its been a long long time.

Wow my poor neglected blog. What can I say I have been having an affair with Facebook but if you will take me back I will try to be more faithful. LOL I want to start taking pictures of my projects again and posting them. So today I will get the ole camera out and snap a few shots for my few remaining followers.

I will be back in a few...... hopefully

A Day At the Lake

OK I have decided to start blogging again if there is anyone out there who gives a hoot. My shoulder and neck are on the mend I hope.

Wanted to share some pictures I took of the family at Winfield Lake on Tuesday. The day brought back a flood of memories of days spent on Beaver Lake with my kids and their grandparents.
Till next time, toodles Lisa

Kaiser craft board book

Wanted to share a fun little project I did of my grandsons Jordan and Cooper. I used Basic Grey paper Granola and used a Kaiser Craft board book. I think it turned out pretty cute.

Birthday Layout of Ella Reece

I think I might have found a little scrappin mojo this week its been a long drought. Ella's first birthday party was last Sunday and although I didn't get very many shots of her the few I got were too cute not to scrap.
I have also been learning to make soldered charms (not that easy to do) still haven't got the complete hang of it yet. Nothing blog worthy to show on that front.
I absolutely love the weather we are enjoying today and yesterday hope it stays for awhile.
Hopefully i'll have more to post soon, Lisa.

Getting ready for Crop a Ganza

I bought this Basic Grey Cal. kit before Christmas at Michaels. I only have the first two months done, but I'm gonna work on the rest at Crop-A-Ganza in two weeks Yeah!!!! I really like how it is turning out and it is easy peasy to put together.
I'm also working on a few little gifts for my scrap girls and will give them out at the crop. I always stress over what to pack for these weekend crops. I hate taking everything and I usually try to make up some page kits or at least have a mini album to work on. I'll most likely take my laptop and work on organizing my photos in Photoshop.

Chuck and Lisa plus 4

Suddenly we went from a house of three to a house of seven. My dd and her two sons have moved home again, therefore I have had no time to myself. I really don't know how women with young children have anytime to scrap. Don't get me wrong I absolutely love getting to spend more time with the boys and Nicole. Nicole doesn't have a drivers license and this means that Nathan my ds and I are the taxi drivers to and from bluestem schools twice daily for a grand total of 250 miles a week eek! Then when you add in Dentist appts and basketball practice oh my gosh it seems like we never get out of the car!!

She is a Para at Bluestem middle school and is in the process of transferring to Andover school system Yeah! She also is enrolled at BCCC for night classes (makes mommy proud to have both my kiddos in college). I believe she is really ready to grow up and turn her life around (prayers needed).

Jordan is 6 and loves basketball and video games. Cooper is 4 and loves anything his big brother has or does.

Thank goodness Crop-a-Ganza is just a few weeks away!
